Alex Harari
Alex Harari is a seasoned technology consultant and founder of Digisure Enterprises, a firm specializing in Policy Administration Systems (PAS) for insurers, brokers, and managing general agents (MGAs). With over 20 years of experience in the insurance technology sector, Alex previously held the role of Head of IT Portfolio at Charles Taylor Insurtech, where he led major transformation initiatives.
His expertise spans global program delivery, digital platform readiness for Lloyd’s of London, and complex PAS implementations across markets including the UK, Bulgaria, Peru, and Mexico. Known for his high emotional intelligence—ranked in the 99th percentile—Alex emphasizes people-centric solutions that distinguish between business challenges and human dynamics.
In addition to his consultancy work, Alex is a member of the Transformation Special Interest Group at Camelot and is currently training to become a certified life and business coach.
